Elastic is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to expand its presence in the UK & Ireland. The role involves driving adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within Enterprise accounts and fostering engagement with existing strategic accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Elastic's search analytics to transform data into actionable insights. This role requires collaboration with various Elastic business functions to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions
- Deepen engagement with existing Strategic accounts
- Assist users and customers in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics
- Champion our Open Source offerings
- Identify and develop new use cases
- Collaborate closely with various Elastic business functions
- Proactively identify new business opportunities
- Develop a comprehensive business plan
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A proven track record in SaaS subscription sales
- In-depth understanding and experience in selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud
- Adept at building relationships with developers and executives
- Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC
- Enthusiasm for the Open Source model
- Prior experience selling into the Enterprise accounts in the UK & Ireland
