Job Description
Elastic is seeking a dynamic SLED Account Executive to expand its presence within state and local public sector accounts across Massachusetts. This role focuses on driving the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new Education public sector accounts and deepening engagement with existing strategic accounts.

What This Role Involves:
  • Driving adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions.
  • Assisting customers in transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Championing Open Source offerings.
  • Identifying and developing new use cases.
  • Collaborating with Elastic business functions for customer experience.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and navigating sales cycles.
  • Developing a business plan leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in selling to the Education sector within state and local public sector organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships with developers and executives.
  • Sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
  • Enthusiasm for the Open Source model.
