Job Description

Elastic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in Germany. The role involves serving as a technical authority, trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community. The Solutions Architect will understand and solve customer's issues with the Elastic Stack.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts.
  • Understanding customers’ goals and objectives.
  • Creating and owning value based relationships.
  • Participating in all phases of planning and execution.
  • Demonstrating the value of Elastic products and solutions.
  • Advising the sales team.
  • Onboarding, educating and enabling partners.
  • Creating collateral and contributing to programs.
  • Communicating customer needs.
  • Deepening sales and technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a technical presales role.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of modern platforms.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
  • History of successful customer relations.
  • Ability to influence.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Willingness to travel 30% within region.
