Job Description

The Partner Solutions Architect at Elastic plays a crucial role in technically managing, activating, and enabling Elastic's partner relationships in EMEA. This role involves acting as a strategic technical leader, guiding agreements from inception through to customer delivery via partners. The candidate will translate technical capabilities into business benefits, architect custom solutions, co-lead design wins, drive technical advocacy, and support co-marketing efforts. Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multinational customers in support of technology sales.
  • An understanding of AI and semantic search and vector technologies.
  • Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, Google Cloud or MSFT Azure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at getting things done in an environment with ambiguity.
  • A history of successful customer relations.
  • Ability to inspire teams.
  • Previous PreSales experience within the software sector.
