Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect in Israel to focus on technical management, activation, and enablement of partner relationships. This role involves serving as a strategic technical leader, guiding agreements from business case to customer delivery through partners. The Partner Solutions Architect translates technical capabilities into business benefits, architects custom solutions, co-leads design wins, drives technical advocacy, and supports co-marketing efforts.

The Partner Solutions Architect will contribute to publications, build a community of Solutions Architects, and have PreSales experience within the software sector.

What the role involves:

  • Acting as a technical leader, overseeing agreement lifecycles.
  • Translating technical capabilities into business benefits for partners.
  • Supporting partners in developing proposals for Elastic Cloud growth.
  • Architecting custom solutions by integrating Elastic’s technology.
  • Co-leading design wins for industry-specific solutions.
  • Driving technical advocacy and fostering trust with partners.
  • Supporting co-marketing efforts with technical expertise.
  • Authoring customer-facing publications and contributing to thought leadership.
  • Building a network of Solutions Architects to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multinational customers in support of technology sales.
  • Understanding of AI and semantic search, vector technologies including RAG, vector search, and NLP.
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or MSFT Azure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with significant opportunity.
  • History of successful customer relations and architecture development.
  • Ability to inspire teams and prioritize relevant tasks.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including within the Middle Eastern region..
