Job Description
Elastic is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies in Japan. This role involves nurturing current customers, acquiring new prospects, and expanding sales opportunities within the region. The Regional Marketing Leader will collaborate with local sales, technical, and product teams to tailor campaigns, including account-based marketing programs for key clients.Role involves:
- Building and executing a marketing plan for Japan to increase awareness and drive user engagement
- Collaborating with local sales, technical, and product resources on campaigns
- Managing budgets and tracking performance of activities
- Understanding Elastic’s products and use cases, customer stories, and market trends
- Working with partner marketing and business development on channel programs
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10 years of marketing experience with a focus on field marketing roles
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in B2B Enterprise tech/software, preferably in open source, big data, analytics, and security
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC & Marketo
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills
