Client Services Representative at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team in Sydney. The company, Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (IBKR) is a global financial services company known for its cutting-edge technology. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for resolving routine and complex client service issues, coordinating activities with other departments, and contributing to the development of client service systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving client service issues related to trading platforms, cash management, product availability, and more.
• Coordinating with internal and external departments to address client inquiries.
• Contributing to the development of client service systems and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.
• Financial services experience is preferred.
• Understanding of financial instruments preferred.
• Working knowledge of exchange operations and regulations is preferred.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses
• Multi-language skills are a plus.
