Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of engineers.
- Providing technical guidance on vulnerability remediation.
- Driving the development of new security engineering projects.
- Working with upstream open source projects.
- Coaching, mentoring, and offering career development feedback.
- Implementing disciplined engineering processes.
- Representing the team and product to stakeholders.
- Planning and managing progress on agreed goals and projects.
- Collaborating with other leaders as part of the security engineering leadership team.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in developing and growing people.
- Organized with the ability to deliver timely results.
- Solid background in software development.
- Mastery in any programming language (Go, Java, C, Python, ...).
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software and application security.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to travel twice a year.
