Interactive Brokers is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for resolving client inquiries related to asset and cash transfers, working closely with the back office to manage securities-related queries, and ensuring query resolution within agreed service levels.

The role involves:

  • Resolving client inquiries via calls, chats, and e-mails for asset and cash transfers.
  • Managing and resolving securities-related queries from clients globally.
  • Following up on pending transfers/settlements, differences, and breaks.
  • Supporting Operations Service in their Securities/Global Custody day-to-day transactional business.
  • Ensuring query resolution within agreed service levels and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelors) required.
  • Previous client service experience within the financial and security service industry.
  • Passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus).
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts including night shifts.
