Canonical, a leading open source software provider, is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Analyst. This role supports a team of experts dedicated to helping Canonical's sales teams achieve their business goals. The successful candidate will assist in improving processes and data quality to ensure accurate order processing and maintain compliance.

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst role involves:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally.
• Checking opportunities for accuracy and provisioning orders.
• Supporting sales data quality improvements and processes.
• Assisting the sales team with CRM and other sales operations systems.
• Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical tasks.
• Helping with automation and streamlining of the Lead to Order process.

Canonical requires:

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
• Experience in sales operations or related fields.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year.
