Canonical is seeking a Manager, Product Manager to lead a team of product managers and drive product strategy for the business needs of tomorrow. Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems. The role is home-based within the EMEA time zone.

The Manager will mentor their team to ensure success, set a clear vision, and prioritize work effectively to align with company goals. The successful candidate will have a background in Technology and passion for open source software.

Role Involves:

• Leading the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends.
• Communicating product vision and updates.
• Conducting usability testing and iterating on the product.
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Guiding and mentoring a team of product managers.
• Overseeing the work of multiple product lines.
• Facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.

Requirements:

• Understanding of computer architecture and cloud technologies.
• Passion for technology and the open source landscape.
