Canonical, a global software company providing Ubuntu and open-source solutions, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing to identify customer challenges and create business opportunities. The SDR will promote Canonical's value both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Planning and executing outbound initiatives (phone, email, SNS, webinars, etc.).
- Managing booth activities and lead generation at domestic and international exhibitions and events.
- Conducting prospect research and account mapping.
- Providing feedback and suggesting improvements for marketing campaigns.
- Creating pipeline and managing leads in CRM.
- Participating in the development of team processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
