Key Account Manager UK&NL - Retail

Job Description

air up® is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales within the UK & Netherlands retail market. This role involves strategic and operational retail activities, focusing on nurturing relationships with major retailers and acquiring new accounts.

The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams, optimize processes, and contribute to the company's growth in the offline retail channel. The role is located in Germany.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of key account performance
• Developing and implementing customer strategies
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
• Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
• Assisting in acquiring new key accounts
• Shaping and expanding the offline retail channel
• Contributing to continuous improvement
• Teamwork
• Frequent travel to Munich office and retailer visits

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
• Proven track record in Key Account Management/Sales in the FMCG/CPG sector
• Strong understanding of the UK offline retail market and trade structures, with enhanced expertise in the Netherlands market
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Business fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Valid driver's license (B)
