Interactive Brokers, a global financial services company, is seeking a Client Services Representative for its India office in Mumbai. The role involves providing support to retail and professional clients via various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in the international BPO industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to client inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of IB's products across global exchanges.
- Assisting clients with account opening and funding processes.
- Guiding clients on utilizing Trader Workstation features.
- Explaining margin requirements.
- Investigating trade issues and order executions.
- Understanding the impact of securities regulations on customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of client services experience in the International BPO industry.
- University degree (Bachelor's) required.
- High level of MS Excel skills.
- Fluent English.
- Good quantitative/analytical skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
