The position offers flexible working hours, including evening shifts, and the potential for home office work after a successful trial period.

Role involves:

• Conducting sociological interviews in a telephone lab.
• Accurately entering responses into the system.
• Handling hotline calls and addressing inquiries.
• Ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Communicating professionally with the Swiss population.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written French and Italian skills.
• Availability for at least two evenings per week.
