The ideal candidate possesses accent-free Swiss German, experience in telephone customer contact, a confident phone manner, quick comprehension, and strong computer skills.
  • Conducting social science interviews by telephone.
  • Accurately recording and entering responses into the system.
  • Answering hotline calls and professionally handling inquiries.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of collected data.
  • Communicating in a friendly and professional manner with the Swiss population.
  • Accent-free Swiss German.
  • Proven experience in telephone customer contact.
  • Confident and self-assured demeanor on the phone.
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and learn rapidly.
  • Engaged and precise work approach.
  • Independent and self-reliant in task management.
  • Good computer skills.
