Research Manager at YouGov

YouGov is seeking a Research Manager for its Thailand office. The Research Manager will work closely with the research team and clients, managing client accounts and running diverse projects. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Thai and English and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Role Involves:

• Data analysis and reporting to identify key insights and trends.
• Project management, coordinating complex projects independently or in a team.
• Account management alongside the Research Director to understand client needs.
• New business development support, preparing quotations and proposals.
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure efficient fieldwork management.
• Managing and mentoring Research Executives.
• Identifying ways to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of research design and methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
• Self-discipline and motivation.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 5 years of market research experience in a research agency.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Thai citizenship.
