YouGov Australia is seeking a Research Manager to join their team in Sydney. In this role, the Research Manager will work closely with their research team and clients to develop and manage client accounts, and run diverse research projects.She/He will be responsible for leading the entire research process from project setup to delivery.Responsibilities:
  • Manage 1-2 Research Executives, coaching and mentoring them.
  • Coordinate and manage complex projects independently and in a team.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals in response to research briefs.
  • Analyse research results to identify key insights and demographic trends.
  • Prepare clear, accurate and compelling reports.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and positive attitude to learning and helping others.
  • Self-discipline and motivation.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
  • At least 5 years of market research experience in an agency.
  • Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Sciences, or Business/Commerce will be highly regarded.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
