Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Regional Account Executive (Enterprise) to acquire new logos and upsell existing Enterprise-sized customer accounts. The role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and requires fluency in Japanese. The ideal candidate will maximize revenue opportunities and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
  • Acquire Enterprise-sized accounts within assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Enterprise opportunities.
  • Follow up on new and existing customer leads.
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products.
  • Understand an organization’s buying needs and decision-making process.
  • Act strategically in offering subscription levels and negotiating pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales statistics via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Channel sales representatives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Support in the renewal process to grow the account.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education equivalent is desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts is desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Experience with web browsers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Japanese.
  • Stats-driven business professional.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
