Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking an SMB Account Manager to manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities. The Account Manager will promote and sell KnowBe4's products and services to businesses with 25-500 employees, exceeding monthly sales quotas.Responsibilities include:
  • Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross sale, add-on and upgrade opportunities
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify opportunities
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s product suite
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas
  • Follow up on marketing leads to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in compliance with the Administration Policy
  • Support the renewal process to grow accounts
  • Work with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists
Minimum qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
  • Proven track record in sales
  • 3 years of experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprises
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
  • Network or Security Plus preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stats-driven business professional
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Strong teamwork skills
