Interactive Brokers is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to join its Client Services group. The candidate will liaise with Interactive Brokers’ clients from around the globe, including professional retail clients, advisors, and broker-dealers. The role focuses on developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through responsive, superior, and high-touch service. Responsibilities include:
- Handling client inquiries via various channels.
- Familiarizing with proprietary platforms to educate clients.
- Assisting clients in understanding the entire trading cycle.
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues to internal parties.
- Strong product knowledge (Equities, Options, Futures, FX).
- Analytical and critical thinking mindset.
- Ability to handle stress and work independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at a global financial institution (new graduates considered).
- CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A licenses preferred or ability to obtain them.
- Prior experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading, or fund administration is a plus.
