RAPP Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior SFMC Developer to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The role involves enhancing the functionality and performance of marketing automation tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The Senior SFMC developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate those needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, with specific focus on email-related journeys
  • Develop custom scripts, triggers, and APIs to enhance the functionality and performance of the marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate those into technical solutions
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to SFMC
  • Test and validate the SFMC solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and technical specifications
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies
  • Document SFMC solutions and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge, skills, and fluency in email marketing best practices
  • Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer for Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages and landing pages
  • Fluency in Marketing Cloud scripting languages
  • Experience with data configuration, manipulations and advance segmentation
  • Familiarity with SFMC reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities)
  • A bachelor's, postgraduate degree or professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
