RAPP, a company fiercely focused on individuality, is seeking a Project Manager for CRM campaigns. This role involves serving as the local liaison between the agency and clients, managing campaign briefs, and overseeing the entire campaign process from strategy to implementation and reporting.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reading and accepting briefs, preparing Q&A
  • Checking audience availability and size
  • Working closely with the strategy team to prepare Campaign Plan slides
  • Sourcing images and content, briefing and overseeing developers for campaign preparation
  • Driving internal and client UAT
  • Preparing Proof Of Delivery documents and obtaining commercial approvals
  • Briefing and managing data extraction, performing sanity checks
  • Analyzing learning and preparing CRM slides for client review, presenting to the client and adjusting after feedback.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years exposure to CRM is mandatory
  • 3+ years of delivery management experience
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Superb client management skills
  • Marketing background with understanding of customer journeys and exposure to CRM and SFMC systems (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Solid business acumen, management, and marketing skills
  • Solution-oriented, process-driven, strong communicator
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
