Senior HR Business Partner

IMC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be confident, assertive, and collaborative, partnering with team and department leads to drive high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.This role involves hands-on business partnering, including 1:1s with managers and employees, coaching, and using insights to drive organizational change. The Senior HR Business Partner will also design and deliver various HR projects.Role involves:

• Working with department leads to implement HR solutions.
• Providing guidance on employee relations.
• Coaching and mentoring managers.
• Supporting workforce planning and talent pipelines.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives.
• Leading learning and development programs.
• Participating in recruitment processes.
• Managing cyclical HR programs.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 6+ years in a business partnering role.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive HR impact using data and insights.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills and adaptability.
