The ideal candidate will be confident, assertive, and collaborative, partnering with team and department leads to drive high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.This role involves hands-on business partnering, including 1:1s with managers and employees, coaching, and using insights to drive organizational change. The Senior HR Business Partner will also design and deliver various HR projects.Role involves:

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including 6+ years in a business partnering role.

- Proven ability to drive HR impact using data and insights.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills and adaptability.
