IMC is seeking a Crypto Researcher to join its expanding Research team in Zug, Switzerland. This onsite role involves building algorithms to support IMC's trading activities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role offers significant responsibility and impact from the outset, with a flat structure, collaborative culture, and quick feedback loops in strategy development.
- Research within a team of experienced Researchers in the low latency, PnL-focused trading space.
- Work with a cutting-edge data and software stack.
- Work with a high performance computing platform.
- Explore PnL-generating opportunities within your research area.
- At least 1 year of experience in researching and developing fully-automated low latency crypto trading strategies.
- Candidates without experience in fully-automated trading strategies shall not be considered for this role.
- Background in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Team player.
- Strong development skills in Python. Familiarity with C++ is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly.
