Senior DevOps Engineer (located in India)

Biofourmis is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. In this hybrid role, the engineer will be responsible for designing and developing infrastructure solutions that ensure scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency for Biofourmis' cloud-based services. The engineer's work will directly impact the deployment, monitoring, and security of the company's critical healthcare software infrastructure.

What this role involves:

• Infrastructure design and development.
• Building and managing cloud infrastructure for scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Creating infrastructure-as-code deployments on Kubernetes clusters.
• Building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Building and managing monitoring and alerting flows.
• Implementing disaster recovery and backup/restore framework.
• Strengthening AWS infrastructure security.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience with cloud-deployed SaaS applications.
• Strong collaboration and product passion.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mentality.
• Broad knowledge of software engineering concepts.
• Experience with user authentication and authorization technologies.
• Documentation of Cloud infrastructure and associated processes.
• Solid knowledge of networking and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with AWS services and best practices.
• Solid expertise with CloudFormation or Hashicorp Terraform.
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools.
