Creditas is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive operational efficiency within the company. This role involves leading strategic process optimization initiatives, managing process mapping and analysis, and acting as a strategic partner to business areas. The Business Process Manager will also ensure process governance, drive the implementation of new technologies, and lead a team of business process professionals.
Creditas' Business Process team plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes across the organization.
Role involves:
- Leading strategic initiatives for process optimization.
- Managing process mapping, analysis, and modeling.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs for process performance.
- Acting as a strategic partner to business areas.
- Ensuring process governance and promoting continuous improvement.
- Leading the implementation of new technologies and tools.
- Preparing and presenting materials and analyses for leadership.
- Leading and developing the Business Process team.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in business process management and leadership.
- Proficiency in process analysis and modeling methodologies (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Advanced analytical skills with strong knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- Experience in driving automation projects and implementing new technologies.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Experience in creating materials and presentations for senior management.
- Dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in an agile and multifunctional environment.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (a plus).
