Pessoa Consultora de Inside Sales Júnior | C2C at Creditas

Creditas is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Consultant to join their C2C Internal Sales team. This team is responsible for helping customers find the best financing options for purchasing vehicles from private individuals. The consultant will work with multiple banks to find the best solutions for the clients' needs.

The role involves managing a portfolio of inbound leads, contacting clients via phone and WhatsApp, qualifying leads, selling financial products, negotiating commercial proposals, and recording activities in the CRM. The Junior Inside Sales Consultant will also interact with other areas of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of inbound leads.
• Contact clients via phone and Whatsapp.
• Qualify leads and close sales.
• Sell additional services, such as insurance.
• Negotiate commercial proposals.
• Record activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with other teams.
