Creditas, a leading financial services platform in Latin America, is seeking a Specialist Production Engineer (DevOps) to join their team in São Paulo. The Specialist Production Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of technical decisions across squads with the company's overall strategy. They will act as a technical reference for developers, proactively identify and address technical bottlenecks, and contribute to the strategic vision of their tribe.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical decisions align with company strategy
- Support squads as a technical reference, including pair programming and code review
- Provide technical guidance for the tribe to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to the strategic vision from a technical perspective
- Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively diagnose problems
- Maintain a clear understanding of business expectations and product roadmap
Requirements:
- Experience with GoLang
- Experience with Kubernetes APIs
- Practical experience with AWS
- Experience with infrastructure as code
- Experience with Github Actions
- Experience with Kubernetes operators
- Experience with Backstage
- Experience with Datadog and OpenTelemetry
- AWS certifications
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure tools like Helm, Kustomize, Kapp, and Terraform
- Experience with pair programming and code review
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Proactive and open to learning
- Experience with code quality concepts
- Experience resolving production issues and implementing long-term solutions
- Availability for hybrid work: Onsite presence required in São Paulo during the first week of each month
