Creditas is seeking a Data Engineer Pleno to join their Product Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data products using the company's tech stack on AWS, aligning solutions with business needs. They will refine business problems into scalable data solutions, design data products following best practices, and work on data ingestion and transformation in batch and streaming environments.

The Data Engineer will also support and optimize data pipelines, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and share technical knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining data products using Creditas's tech stack (AWS).
  • Refining and translating business problems into scalable data solutions.
  • Designing and modeling data products according to best practices.
  • Ingesting and transforming data in batch and streaming environments.
  • Supporting and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Sharing technical knowledge and contributing to team growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Solid experience with Python and SQL (intermediate to advanced).
  • Knowledge of Spark and Airflow.
  • Experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, EMR, Glue).
  • Intermediate data modeling skills.
  • Experience with data ingestion in batch and streaming, including Kafka and DMS.
  • Code versioning with GitHub.

Good to have:

  • Experience with Terraform, Hudi, and Debezium.
  • Experience in Data Visualization projects.
