Creditas is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its team in São Paulo, Brazil. The company is a financial services platform offering loans, insurance, and investments, leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions.
The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in leading initiatives and solidifying the design culture within the tribe. The individual will address technical issues, engage in detailed design discussions with the team, and lead Design Critiques. They will also foster long-term relationships, serving as an advocate for Creditas design and brand at the tribe and chapter levels. They will disseminate the design culture, which emphasizes customer interaction as a foundation for projects and understanding of previous efforts to optimize efficiency. Collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Leading initiatives and consolidating the design culture.
- Directing technical issues.
- Discussing design in detail with the team.
- Conducting Design Critiques.
- Creating long-term relationships.
- Being the spokesperson for design and the Creditas brand.
- Disseminating design culture, focusing on customer interaction.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Experience with Figma.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing contributions to previous challenges.
- Experience in building digital products.
- Systematic thinking.
- Experience in conducting discoveries and facilitations with the team.
- Knowledge and application of quanti and quali research methods.
- Availability for hybrid work, with mandatory presence in the Berrini office in São Paulo for one week every three months.
