Creditas is seeking a Software Engineer Backend Pleno to join their Product Technology team. This team is responsible for scaling the business, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and delivering the best experience for customers. The Software Engineer will work in a collaborative environment, using various programming languages to develop solutions that impact the end-user. They will ensure technical solutions align with business strategy and understand OKRs and related product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop ensuring functionality, maintainability, and speed.
Consider good practices and software testing.
Understand the impact of solutions on the end-user.
Work in a collaborative environment with pairing, feedback, and motivation for development.
Ensure technical solutions align with business strategy and understand related OKRs and initiatives.

Requirements:

Knowledge of backend programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.).
Knowledge of relational databases.
Knowledge of microservices and REST APIs.
Experience in test pyramid and automated testing.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
Availability for hybrid work: presence at the Berrini office in São Paulo every three months for 4 consecutive days during the first week of the month.
