Creditas is seeking a Software Engineer Backend Sênior to join their Product Technology team. This role is open as an affirmative action for women. The Product Technology team is responsible for scaling the business, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and delivering the best experience for customers. As a Software Engineer Backend Sênior for Creditas, she will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving backend systems. She will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of the business.
Role involves:
- Developing with functionality, maintainability, and speed, as well as testing and quality practices
- Understanding the impact of solutions on the end user
- Ensuring technical solutions align with business strategy
- Helping the team design solutions with evolutionary architecture
- Collaborating on improving technical skills and continuous improvement efforts
- Developing successors by providing technical mentorship
Requirements:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.)
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of Clean Code and design patterns
- Experience in the testing pyramid and writing automated tests
- Experience with messaging tools (Kafka, AWS-SQS etc.)
- Experience with Domain Driven Design
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior developers
- Availability for hybrid work: presence in the Berrini region office in São Paulo every three months, for 4 consecutive days during the first week of the month (Creditas in Person)
