Software Engineer Backend Staff

Job Description

Creditas is seeking a Software Engineer Backend Staff to join their Product Technology team in São Paulo. The team is responsible for scaling the business, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and delivering the best experience for customers. This role involves supporting squads, providing technical expertise, analyzing solutions, and guiding the execution of the team's strategy.

The Software Engineer will work with backend programming languages, relational and NoSQL databases, messaging tools, and distributed microservices. They will also be working with cloud services and solving problems in production.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting squads and providing technical expertise.
• Analyzing solutions to identify bottlenecks.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance.

Requirements include:

• Proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with messaging tools (Kafka, AWS-SQS etc).
• Experience in distributed microservices development.
• Proficiency in system architecture patterns and 12 Factor principles.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo (Creditas in Person one week per month).
