Especialista de Tesouraria Corporativa at Creditas

Creditas is seeking a highly motivated Treasury Specialist to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This individual will be responsible for supporting the strategic cash management of Creditas and its group companies. The Treasury Specialist will ensure effective resource allocation, execute treasury operations, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

The candidate will work in Creditas, a financial services platform offering loans, insurance, and investments. It stands as Latin America's largest online credit platform, backed by international funds and holding a significant credit portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Project cash flow (real vs. forecast analyses).
• Build and analyze cash reports to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Understand monthly variations in financial and cash indicators.
• Daily monitoring: analysis and explanation of cash projections.
• Implement and monitor structured financial operations onshore and offshore: foreign exchange, derivatives (e.g., hedge, bonds via FX), quotations.
• Keep updated records, accesses, controls, and approval systems for all current accounts.
• Actively participate in the implementation of systems and process improvements in Treasury, interacting with various other areas within Creditas and with system or service providers.

Requirements:

• Experience in treasury, financial planning, cash flow, forecasting, and expense control.
• Experience in negotiation with banks, payment flows and receipts.
• Experience with debt monitoring - creating better controls of the financial flow.
• Experience with building financial models.
• Experience with implementation and monitoring of structured financial operations onshore and offshore.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel (knowledge in VBA and Python will be a plus).
• Fluency in English (knowledge in Spanish will be a plus).
• Experience with Gesplan and Oracle and experience with derivative hedging operations will be considered a differential.
• Availability for hybrid work: It is necessary to visit our office in São Paulo once a month, for 4 consecutive days, always in the first week of each month (Creditas in Person).
