Creditas is seeking a Junior Collection Consultant to join their Negotiation team. This role involves managing the collection of the PJ portfolio, directly engaging with partner companies. The consultant will focus on building strong relationships, issuing invoices, resolving internal issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for Creditas' partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex collections, directly collecting from partner companies (PJ).
  • Contacting clients to understand reasons for delays and proposing effective solutions for defaults.
  • Communicating in a personalized, empathetic, and informative manner during collection efforts.
  • Clarifying product and process questions for defaulting companies, directing other inquiries to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative or financial areas, with contact with PJ companies.
  • Experience with high volumes of processes and demands.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Agility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Analytical skills and a drive for continuous process improvement.
  • Quick thinking for understanding and solving problems.
  • Availability for hybrid work at the Morumbi office in São Paulo/SP.
