Creditas, a leading financial services platform in Latin America, is seeking a Team Leader for its Auto Guarantee Management team. The ideal candidate will manage a team focused on the repossession process of vehicles. This role also involves training and supporting the internal team, managing legal advisors nationwide, and crafting effective legal strategies.

Responsibilities encompass:

  • Managing the Auto Guarantee Management team.
  • Training and providing legal support to the internal team.
  • Managing legal consultancies across the country.
  • Creating legal strategies.
  • Managing metrics and strategies.
  • Focusing on improving recovery processes and flows.
  • Supporting the Collection and Negotiation business units, focusing on credit recovery.

The role requires:

  • Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in people management.
  • Experience with vehicle search and seizure processes and knowledge of Fiduciary Alienation.
  • Experience with mass process management.
  • Experience managing legal consultancies.
  • Analytical profile: analyzing metrics and data; bringing process improvements.
  • Hands-on: executing and guiding the team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 09h-18h.
  • Availability for hybrid work: It is necessary to attend the Creditas office in São Paulo once a month, for 4 consecutive days, always in the first week of each month (Creditas in Person)
