Creditas is seeking a Growth Analytics Pleno to join their Marketing team in São Paulo. This role focuses on optimizing acquisition and growth strategies through data analysis and insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, proposing data-driven strategies, and managing projects with the Marketing team and stakeholders. The role will require availability to attend the office once a month during 4 days.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring KPIs related to acquisition and engagement on daily basis.
- Analyzing data to propose effective strategies for decision-making.
- Generating insights through data and research to enhance user incentive strategies.
- Mapping and optimizing investments via analyses and tests.
- Managing projects with the Marketing team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Educational background in quantitative fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Clear communication skills for presenting analyses and insights.
- Advanced knowledge in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Availability for hybrid work model(Creditas in Person).
