Chief Financial Officer

DoiT is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's financial vision, driving growth, and overseeing critical financial functions. DoiT is a global technology company specializing in cloud solutions, partnering with organizations to optimize their cloud infrastructure and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance organization, including accounting and taxes teams.
• Own financial reporting to the board and investors.
• Manage debt compliance and treasury strategy.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to set revenue targets and align strategies.
• Oversee financial operations, including revenue recognition and sales compensation.
• Identify and manage financial and operational risks.
• Act as DoiT's primary financial spokesperson.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in international financial and operational management.
• 5+ years of previous CFO experience in a private equity-backed organization.
• Master’s Degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting processes.
• Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
