Creditas is seeking a Senior Sales Planning and Performance Analyst to join their Planning & Performance team. This team plays a critical role in monitoring metrics, planning, and controlling the production of commercial and operational teams. The main goal of this team is to maximize efficiency gains in the sales funnel and propose improvements to the marketing strategy and customer success journey.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data to identify opportunities, creating and maintaining dashboards and indicators, and supporting the structuring of variable compensation and team scaling. They will also project capacity, productivity, and demand, manage KPIs and variable compensation for executives and analysts, and lead initiatives to maximize productivity. The role involves contributing to customer retention strategies and collaborating with product and marketing teams to implement improvements in the work journey and customer experience. Ultimately, the Senior Analyst will support more assertive and effective decision-making for the business and support indirect channel strategies while monitoring market trends.

Responsibilities:
