Creditas is seeking a Junior Customer Experience Consultant in Insurance to join their team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service by resolving inquiries in a personalized, agile, and humane manner. This position is within Minuto Seguros, which is now part of Creditas, the largest online insurance broker in Brazil.Role involves:
- Performing endorsements on policies.
- Contacting clients proactively and receptively via phone and WhatsApp.
- Retaining insured clients who wish to cancel their policies.
- Managing the entire endorsement process, including argumentation, negotiation for quotes and proposal transmission, and scheduling inspections.
- Contracting Carta Verde.
- Willingness to learn and be goal-oriented.
- Organization, proactivity, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Experience in Auto Insurance.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in brokerage (differentiating factor).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model twice a month at the office in São Paulo, Morumbi (differentiating factor).
