FREE NOW is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst - Pricing to join their team in Barcelona. In this role, the analyst will collaborate with product squads to develop innovative pricing solutions, working closely with PMs, data scientists, UX researchers, developers, and other data functions. The analyst will discover new product opportunities, validate hypotheses, and launch valuable features to improve market position, driver-partner earnings, and rider satisfaction.
The Senior Product Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements.
- Develop and refine dynamic pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement machine learning models.
- Engage with product squads to understand problems and gather requirements.
- Own analysis from ideation to communication of results and recommendations.
- Develop and evaluate A/B tests to measure performance of released features.
- Work with developers and data engineers to create and capture data.
- Bring new insights and champion them through analyses and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment.
- Experience working with pricing topics is crucial.
- Exceptional analytical skills and lateral thinking.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools (Python, R).
- Expertise in designing digital experiments and analyzing A/B test results.
- Experience with data visualization tools and event tracking.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts.
- Excellent English communication skills.
