FREENOW is seeking a Head of Lifecycle Strategy to define and execute a long-term strategy that fuels growth across ride-hailing services. The Head of Lifecycle Strategy will report to the Director of Marketing. They will leverage analytical insights, empower a team, streamline communication, and create customer experiences.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing a lifecycle strategy across 9 countries.
- Leading and mentoring a team of CRM and technical specialists.
- Partnering with senior leads in marketing, operations, and product.
- Creating and managing quarterly roadmaps for lifecycle initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting tactics.
- Utilizing analytics to conduct experiments and provide insights.
- Ensuring transparency and offering strategic recommendations.
- Leveraging tools like Braze, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
Requirements include:
- Experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally within app-based platforms.
- Experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
- A strong analytical approach with a focus on customer-centric strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of customer engagement and automation tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
