FREENOW is seeking a Head of Lifecycle Strategy to lead the marketing team and define a long-term lifecycle strategy. The role involves empowering a team to develop high-ROI initiatives and streamline communication. The Head of Lifecycle Strategy will report to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lifecycle strategy across a 9-country portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM and technical specialists.
  • Partner with senior leads in marketing, operations, and product.
  • Create and manage quarterly roadmaps for lifecycle initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics.
  • Use analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure transparency of lifecycle performance.
  • Leverage the MarTech stack including Braze, Tableau and Mixpanel.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, preferably within app-based platforms.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical approach with a focus on customer-centric strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer engagement and automation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
