DoiT is seeking an experienced Presales Solution Engineer to join its Global Sales Team, focusing on the North EMEA region. This role is based remotely in Netherlands.The Solution Engineer will be a key technical advisor, mapping value to prospect needs and implementing strategies to improve trial win rates. He will also develop and deliver engaging demonstrations and understand complex technical sales processes.Responsibilities include:
- Working with the sales team as a key technical advisor.
- Implementing strategies to improve trial win rates.
- Developing and delivering engaging demonstrations.
- Understanding and managing complex technical sales processes.
- Partnering with Product Marketing on effective strategies for demonstrations and RFPs.
- Presenting at external events and conferences.
- Ensuring timely data entry into business support solutions.
- Contributing to systems and tools for business information.
- 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales Solution Engineering role at a B2B SaaS software company.
- Experience supporting customers in BeNeLux, DACH, Nordics, Central Eastern Europe.
- Understanding of ITSM eco-systems and solutions like Cloud Management tools, DataDog, ServiceNow.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloud.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
