DoiT is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to be a technical advisor and advocate. The role involves working with the sales team, improving trial win rates, and developing relationships with technical buyers. The candidate will develop and deliver engaging demonstrations and understand complex technical sales processes.
  • Mapping value to prospect’s needs
  • Implementing strategies to improve trial win rates
  • Developing and delivering engaging demonstrations
  • Understanding and managing complex technical sales processes
  • Partnering with Product Marketing on demonstration strategies
Requirements include:
  • 7+ years experience at B2B SaaS software company in a pre-Solution Engineering role
  • Experience supporting customers in BeNeLux, DACH, Nordics, Central Eastern Europe
  • Understanding of ITSM eco-systems and prominent solutions within them
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloud, and Datacenter experience with knowledge of hypervisors like VMWare
  • Strong data analysis skills
