Xometry, a fast-growing digital technology company, is seeking a Case Manager for its Business Operations team in LATAM. This role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in solving supply chain problems for customized parts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Case Manager will be responsible for improving on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction by tracking orders, building relationships with customers and partners, and utilizing technical knowledge of manufacturing design and production.

Responsibilities involve:

  • Documenting case activity in the central database.
  • Leveraging company technology platforms.
  • Monitoring supplier quality metrics.
  • Interfacing with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety systems.

Requirements include:

  • Prior project management, supply chain, and customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in manufacturing or operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
