Senior Product Manager, ML Pricing

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of Xometry’s dynamic pricing engine. This role is a core pillar of their AI-driven manufacturing platform. The Senior Product Manager will be at the forefront of shaping Xometry's pricing strategies, using advanced machine learning models to deliver precise, real-time pricing and lead-time predictions for custom manufacturing jobs. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, operations, and customer experience.

Role involves:

• Defining product vision and strategy for the AI Pricing Engine.
• Developing a roadmap to enhance pricing accuracy and optimize gross margins.
• Collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers to build and iterate on machine learning models.
• Driving the integration of new features to enhance pricing accuracy.
• Overseeing A/B testing and experimentation to optimize pricing strategies and user experience.
• Gathering customer feedback on pricing accuracy and usability.
• Performing market research and competitive analysis.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of pricing engine enhancements.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Presenting progress updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML-powered products, pricing engines, or complex data-driven platforms.
• Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful B2C, B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data analytics, and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software development teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
