Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead enhancements to the customer journey, from design upload to checkout. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to improve user experience. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for understanding Xometry’s business and platform, engaging with stakeholders, developing roadmaps, and managing the execution of the roadmap.
The role involves:
- Translating business and customer needs into a product vision and strategy.
- Leading data-powered services and addressing challenges with stakeholders.
- Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive business results.
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners.
- Designing and implementing process improvements.
- Practicing outcome-driven product management.
- Leading cross-team processes that help scale company performance.
The requirements are:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong product background building marketplace services.
- Direct experience working as a product manager at a company with a web-based product.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience making trade-offs between technical scale, business outcomes, and customer needs.
- Experience building roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
- Experience using data and metrics to test theories.
- Must have a strong product background building marketplace services and working in fast-paced environments.
