Xometry is offering a Sales Internship for a driven college student to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The intern will be at the forefront of driving business growth.

What this role involves:

  • Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound leads, identify qualified opportunities, and provide information to potential customers.
  • Prospect Development: Build a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and understand their needs.
  • Sales Process: Collaborate with the sales team to move deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Case Study: Analyze a real-world business challenge and present innovative solutions to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
  • Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 4 days a week
